How do you ensure the condition of individual cards?
Every single card is hand-inspected by our experts and graded according to industry standards. We ship all singles in archival-safe sleeves and top-loaders to ensure they arrive in the exact condition described.
What is your shipping policy for pre-order items?
Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are in stock. We typically ship pre-orders 24 hours before the official release date to ensure they arrive as close to launch as possible.
Are your booster boxes and packs factory sealed?
Yes, all sealed products are sourced directly from official distributors. We guarantee that all booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, and packs are untampered and retain their original factory shrink-wrap.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for Trading Card Games?
Due to the volatile nature of the TCG market, we do not accept returns on opened booster packs or individual cards. However, factory-sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if the seal remains intact.
