At Heretics Haven TCG, we strive for customer satisfaction; however, due to the volatile nature of the TCG market, we only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sales for individual single cards and clearance items are final.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is still in its original, unopened shrink-wrap or factory seal and was purchased within the last 14 days.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in a sturdy box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping method; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a 10% restocking fee.
